Accolades Payment Policy
Payment Policy: Accolades accepts payment through PayPal as well as company checks with approved credit. If ordering for the first time, payment in advance will be required. Upon opening an account with Accolades and upon credit approval, we will be glad to bill you on net 30.
Return policy: All products provided by Accolades' suppliers are guaranteed for quality of the product and imprinting. We do not accept returns for misprints once you approve your proof, unless there is a mistake on our part or the part of the supplier. All return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Deliveries are made FOB supplier. It is industry standard to ship 10% over or under the quantity ordered and constitutes full delivery, unless exact quantities are requested (our suppliers cannot always guarantee exact quantities). The order will be billed for the quantity shipped.
